IMPORTANT BOOKING NOTICE This booking option is strictly for local event pickup and drop-off transportation, such as festivals, concerts, sporting events, conferences, weddings, and other local events. Select your pickup location and destination to view the appropriate service and rate. *Weekend rate, holiday rate, after hours rate, tolls and applicable additional fees are included. *Our rate is based on the approximate distance between your pickup and event location. *Waiting Time & Additional Stops Additional stops, including drive-thru stops, liquor stores, convenience stores, grocery stores, or other requested stops, are also subject to additional charges. After the grace period, additional waiting time is charged separately *Passenger Conduct & Safety Policy For the safety and comfort of our drivers and all passengers, the driver reserves the right to refuse or discontinue transportation to any passenger who is: - Belligerent, aggressive, or threatening - Drunk or visibly intoxicated to the point that safe transportation cannot be reasonably provided - Rude, disrespectful, or verbally abusive toward the driver or other passengers - Unsafe or disruptive, including behavior that creates a safety risk or interferes with the driver's ability to operate the vehicle safely If a passenger's behavior becomes unsafe or inappropriate, the driver may end the ride immediately at a safe location. No refund or reimbursement is guaranteed when transportation is refused or terminated due to passenger misconduct. Passengers are expected to treat the driver, other passengers, and the vehicle with respect at all times. Our priority is simple: safe, comfortable, and respectful transportation for everyone.
Cancellation Policy
Pricing & Booking Details – The listed price is for a one-way private shuttle (1–7 passengers) to or from your destination. – Return trips are not included. Please select “Add Another Trip” at checkout if needed. – For groups of 8 or more, request a quote to ensure your group stays together. Additional vans may be required. Payment & Confirmation – Any remaining balances for extra stops or services must be paid directly to the driver on the day of travel. – Keep your booking confirmation and invoice to show the driver at pickup. – You'll receive a notification when your driver is en route. Trip Requirements – Complimentary car seats and booster seats are available if requested on the booking form. – Strollers are not provided—please bring your own and only the number listed on your form. – Drivers cannot lift motorized scooters (ECVs); bring someone to assist you or please arrange for assistance when you get here. Airport & Cruise Transfers – For departures, we recommend scheduling pickups at least 3 hours before your flight or cruise. – We are not responsible for booking errors or omissions. Please double-check your confirmation email and invoice for accuracy, including AM/PM times, flight numbers, and terminals. – To make changes, reply to your confirmation email or notify us using the contact form on our site. Additional Services – Extra Stops: $20 per stop. Add additional stops during booking or request through the driver. – Grocery Pickup: Curbside pickup must be pre-scheduled. Plan for pickup 30–45 minutes after your flight lands. Recommended: Publix at Lake Cay Commons (9930 Universal Blvd, Orlando, FL 32819). – Hotel Luggage Drop-Off: You must be present or pre-checked in. Drivers cannot assist with check-in. Cancellation Policy - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. – A 10% cancellation fee applies to all other eligible refunds.
