Pricing & Booking Details – The listed price is for a one-way private shuttle (1–7 passengers) to or from your destination. – Return trips are not included. Please select “Add Another Trip” at checkout if needed. – For groups of 8 or more, request a quote to ensure your group stays together. Additional vans may be required. Payment & Confirmation – Any remaining balances for extra stops or services must be paid directly to the driver on the day of travel. – Keep your booking confirmation and invoice to show the driver at pickup. – You'll receive a notification when your driver is en route. Trip Requirements – Complimentary car seats and booster seats are available if requested on the booking form. – Strollers are not provided—please bring your own and only the number listed on your form. – Drivers cannot lift motorized scooters (ECVs); bring someone to assist you or please arrange for assistance when you get here. Airport & Cruise Transfers – For departures, we recommend scheduling pickups at least 3 hours before your flight or cruise. – We are not responsible for booking errors or omissions. Please double-check your confirmation email and invoice for accuracy, including AM/PM times, flight numbers, and terminals. – To make changes, reply to your confirmation email or notify us using the contact form on our site. Additional Services – Extra Stops: $20 per stop. Add additional stops during booking or request through the driver. – Grocery Pickup: Curbside pickup must be pre-scheduled. Plan for pickup 30–45 minutes after your flight lands. Recommended: Publix at Lake Cay Commons (9930 Universal Blvd, Orlando, FL 32819). – Hotel Luggage Drop-Off: You must be present or pre-checked in. Drivers cannot assist with check-in. Cancellation Policy - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. – A 10% cancellation fee applies to all other eligible refunds.
