Cancellation Policy
๐ Ride Bundles Booking Policy To ensure a smooth and reliable experience, please review our ride bundle booking policy below: One-Time Booking Each ride bundle only needs to be booked once. After booking, our Travel Coordinator will contact you to schedule each individual ride within your bundle. Advance Scheduling Required All rides must be scheduled in advance โ either with your assigned driver or by calling our Booking Desk at (407) 984-5946. Last-minute ride requests are not guaranteed. Bundle Inclusions Each ride bundle includes a set number of trips (e.g., 6 total rides = 3 roundtrips). Additional rides outside your bundle will be billed separately. Group Bookings Bundles are ideal for groups of 8 paasengers. If your group arrives at different times, we recommend booking an additional trip or requesting a custom quote to keep your group together. No Refunds for Unused Rides All booked bundles are final. Unused rides cannot be refunded, but weโre happy to help you reschedule rides if needed (with at least 24 hoursโ notice).
