Choose Your Beach Destination: - Siesta Key Beach: Famous for its soft, powdery white sand and clear turquoise waters. - Clearwater Beach: Known for its lively atmosphere, breathtaking sunsets, and family-friendly fun. - Cocoa Beach: A surfer’s paradise, located close to the Kennedy Space Center. - Daytona Beach: Iconic for its wide shores, bustling boardwalk, and motorsports legacy. Early Birds Welcome! - Book your pick-up time as early as 4 AM, and we’ll arrive at your scheduled departure time to get you to the beach! Don’t forget to book your return trip at checkout for a smooth day trip. Plan accordingly! Here's Sample Day Trip Itinerary: - Early AM Pickup: From your hotel or resort in the Disney/Lake Buena Vista, Kissimmee, or Universal/International Drive area (please wait in the lobby 10 minutes before pickup). - Morning Arrival: At your chosen beach destination. - All Day: Relax and enjoy the beach. - Evening Departure: Ensure your group is ready to board the shuttle van for the return journey. You’ll be transported back to your original pickup location (expect rush hour delays back to your resort depending on traffic). What's Included: - Private shuttle van transfer for 1 to 7 people. - Complimentary car seats and boosters for children. - 100% Refund if canceled at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled trip date. What's Not Included: - Meals and drinks (available for purchase at some on-site restaurants). Bottled water may be provided by the shuttle service (while supplies last). - Towels (bring your own or use those from your hotel/resort). - Gratuity for the driver. Additional Information: - Larger groups of 8 or more should request a quote through the website’s "Request Quote" at the top of the screen in the navigation bar. Cancellation Policy
The price is for a *ONE-WAY TRIP* from/to your destination and does not include a return trip. Please select "Add Another Trip" at checkout if you need a return trip. This is for a private shuttle van for 1 to 7 people. For groups of 8 or more, please send us a request for a quote to ensure your party stays together during the transfer. You will need to pay for additional vans to accommodate your large group. *Payment & Booking Confirmation* Any remaining balances for additional stops or services must be paid to the driver on the day of the trip. Please retain your booking confirmation and invoice and present them to the driver upon pickup. You will receive a notification when your driver is en route on the day of your trip. *Trip Requirements* - Complimentary car seats and booster seats are available if requested in the "Trip Requirements" section of the booking form. - Strollers are not provided, but you are welcome to bring your own. Please only bring the number of strollers indicated on your booking form. - Motorized Vehicles: Our drivers are not permitted to lift motorized scooters (ECVs). Please arrange for assistance if needed. *Airport & Cruise Arrivals & Departures* - For departures, we recommend scheduling pickups at least 3 hours before your flight or cruise departure. Please review your confirmation email and invoice to ensure accuracy, especially with pick-up/drop-off times (AM/PM), flight numbers, and terminals. - To make changes, reply directly to your confirmation email. *Additional Stops & Services* Each additional stop incurs a $20 service fee—please inform your driver on the day of your trip. *Grocery Curbside Pickup* - Must be scheduled in advance. - Plan your pickup 30-45 minutes after your flight lands. - Recommended store: Publix at Lake Cay Commons (9930 Universal Blvd., Orlando, FL 32819) or another location near your stay. *Hotel Luggage Check-in* - You must either pre-check into your hotel or be present at drop-off. - Our drivers cannot assist with the check-in process, as most hotels require guests to be present. *Cancellation Policy* - Full refunds are available for cancellations made 48 hours (2 days) before your trip. - No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before or on the day of the trip, to cover transportation and scheduling costs.
