Affiliate Terms of Use Agreement

These Affiliate Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Jays Transportation Service, operating under Singleton Technologies LLC ("Company"), and affiliates ("Affiliates") who participate in the Company's affiliate program ("Program"). By participating in the Program, Affiliates agree to comply with these Terms.

 

1. Enrollment in the Program

 

1.1 To enroll as an Affiliate, individuals or entities must complete the application form on our website and agree to these Terms.

 

1.2 The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application for any reason.

 

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

 

2.1 Affiliates agree to promote Company products and services in a professional manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.

 

2.2 Affiliates will use only ethical marketing methods to promote the Company, avoiding deceptive or misleading practices.

 

2.3 Affiliates will not engage in spamming or use illegal or unethical marketing methods to promote the Company.

 

2.4 Affiliates are responsible for maintaining accurate contact and payment information in their affiliate account.

 

3. Commission Structure

 

3.1 Affiliates will earn commissions based on qualifying transactions made through their unique referral links or codes.

 

3.2 Commission rates and eligibility criteria are outlined in the Affiliate Dashboard or Program Guidelines provided by the Company.

 

4. Payment

 

4.1 Commissions will be paid according to the payment schedule specified by the Company, typically on the 1st and 15th of each month.

 

4.2 Payments will be made via PayPal, and Affiliates are responsible for any fees associated with receiving payments.

 

4.3 The Company reserves the right to withhold or cancel payments for commissions earned through fraudulent or unethical means.

 

5. Termination

 

5.1 Either party may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason upon written notice to the other party.

 

5.2 The Company may terminate an Affiliate's participation in the Program immediately if the Affiliate breaches these Terms or engages in conduct detrimental to the Company's reputation.

 

6. Modification of Terms

 

6.1 The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms on the Company's website. Affiliates are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms.

 

6.2 Continued participation in the Program after the posting of modified Terms constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

 

7.1 The Company will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the Program or these Terms.

 

8. Miscellaneous

 

8.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Program and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

 

8.2 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Orange County, Orlando, Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
